If the loaded paper does not match the paper
size displayed on the screen, press Paper Size to
set the paper size.
Note:
Set Cut Leading Edge for roll paper if necessary.
Set to On when the leading edge of the loaded
paper is not horizontal or has not been cleanly
cut. The leading edge of the paper is cut when
paper starts feeding.

After doing the settings, press OK to start
feeding the paper.
When Ready to print. is displayed on the home
screen, you can start printing.
When the type of paper loaded in step 1 is not
displayed, see "When the Paper Type is not Displayed
on the Control Panel or in the Printer Driver" below to
register the paper information to the machine and
then set the paper type using the following method.
Press the paper information area, then select the paper
information added/registered in Paper Type.
When printing from the printer driver, the Media
Type and the Document Size/Paper Size set in the
printer driver must be the same as the ones set on the
control panel.

When the Paper Type is not

or in the Printer Driver
If the type of paper loaded is not displayed on the
control panel or in the printer driver, you can use one
of the following methods to make paper settings.
❏ Use Epson Media Installer
❏ Make custom paper settings on the control panel
Use Epson Media Installer
This allows you to add paper information from the
Internet. You can also edit the paper information you
have added.
Paper information, including ICC profiles, print
modes, and print control parameters, is downloaded
from servers.
Downloaded paper information is saved in the printer
driver or the printer.
