Explanation
You can set the drying time for each print head movement (pass) or
the drying time for each page.
Try setting it to Off if a paper width error is displayed even though
the paper is correctly loaded. However, we recommend that this
ordinarily be set to On. The changed settings are applied when you
reload the paper.
When Follow Paper Source Settings is set, the printer operates
according to the On/Off setting for General Settings-Printer
Settings-Paper Source Settings-Roll Paper Setup-Cut Settings-
Auto Cut.
Turn this Off if the front edge of thin paper or soft paper folds.
If the printing surface of the paper is scuffed, set a wider Platen
Gap. If the results still do not improve, try setting this function to
Use (Heavy Load) or Use (Light Load). However, when using
glossy paper, setting Paper Eject Roller to Use (Heavy Load) or
Use (Light Load) may leave marks on the printable surface.
This is displayed when Custom Paper is selected in Paper Type.
If banding (horizontal banding) or uneven colors occur, use this
function to do adjustments.
For example, when printing at a data size of 100 mm and a print
size of 101 mm, the offset is 1.0 %. Therefore, you would enter a
value of -1.0 %.
This is displayed when a Paper Type other than Custom Paper is
selected.
Restores all the setting conditions in Advanced Paper Settings to
their default settings.
