(In a special version, the GEMÜ 1283
positioner can also be used as a process
controller.
In this case, both the set value and the
actual value can be defined externally.)
The actuator moves into the CLOSED
position if the set value is 0 / 4 mA and into
the OPEN position at a set value of 20 mA
(see installation, operating and maintenance
instructions for GEMÜ 1283).
The valve body and the diaphragm are
available in various designs as shown in the
data sheet.
Accessories: electrical position feedback by
potentiometer, GEMÜ 1283 controller.

Versions

The valve is available in the following
versions:
GEMÜ 693:
actuator with mounted plastic valve body
(diaphragm valve).
GEMÜ 698:
actuator with mounted metal valve body
(diaphragm valve).
All models are available in a standard
version (OPEN - CLOSED), optionally
with or without a potentiometer, or with a
mounted GEMÜ 1283 controller. For detailed
information on the various versions, refer to
chapter 7 "Order data".
