No power
Thrown breaker
Loose connection
Bad display module
Dispense Valve (AB, page 8) closed
Needle clogged
Supply pump ball valve closed (if
installed)
Cartridge or pail empty
Supply pump clogged
Air in PSM machine
Pump shaft and/or shaft seal worn
Needle clogged
Dispense Valve (AB, page 8) or fluid
lines clogged
Dispense Valve (AB, page 8) opened
or closed incorrectly
Input air reduced or removed
Reload Valve (AD, page 8) not
closed (if installed)
Reload Valve (AD, page 8) leaking
Piston worn out or broken
1. Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 41,
before checking or repairing the system.
2. Check all possible remedies before disassembling
the equipment.
3. Turn off and disconnect all power.
Verify Main Power Switch (BD, page 9) and
Control Power Buttons (BB, page 9) are ON
Check machine breakers and reset
Tighten screen data cable
Replace display module
Verify dispense valve works normally and
supply air pressure is within range
Replace needle
Open ball valve
Exchange cartridge or pail
Clean supply pump
Purge and prime the system
Remove pump shaft assembly and reinstall
pump rebuild kit
Replace needle.
Clean Dispense Valve (AB, page 8) or fluid
lines
1. Verify Dispense Valve's (AB, page 8)
inlet air pressure.
2. Inspect Dispense Valve (AB, page 8) air
cylinder and adapters for leaks.
Reconnect input air line to system.
Increase air pressure regulator adjustment
1. Inspect the Reload Valve (AD, page 8)
for wear and tear.
2. Verify rotary cylinder inlet pressure.
Inspect needle and seal components
Replace piston
