Troubleshooting

Relieve pressure, page 6, before you check or repair the meter. Be sure all other valves, controls and pump are
operating properly.
When calling for Technical Assistance you may be asked to provide the Software Version that is being used by
your meter. Refer to F
meter.
Problem
Battery icon is blinking.
Display does not activate.
Cannot read display
Slow or no fluid flow.
Displayed dispensed amount is not
accurate.

Batteries are low.
Batteries are defective.
Electronic control is malfunctioning.
Contrast is set too high or too low to
be viewed in work area
Filter is clogged.
Pump pressure is low.
Twist lock nozzle not fully open.
Shut-off valve is not fully open.
Foreign material is jammed in the
meter housing.
Unit needs to be calibrated for the
fluid that is being dispensed.

is closed! If you do accidentally trig-
ger the meter with the nozzle closed,
point nozzle into a waste bucket and
open the nozzle to relieve pressure
and expel built up fluid.
