WARNING
INJECTION HAZARD
To reduce the risk of an injection injury or other
serious injury, follow the Pressure Relief Proce-
dure on page 6 before checking or servicing the
meter assembly.
Problem
No flow volume displayed at mon-
itoring unit
Fluid is not flowing

Troubleshooting

NOTE: The sensor is not a serviceable part. Replace it
if it is malfunctioning.
Cause
Flow volume is too low to measure
Fluid is not flowing
Damaged cable
Improper input voltage to sensor
Damaged sensor
Clogs in fluid line or in meter
Gears worn or damaged
Solution
Increase flow volume.

below.
Replace cable.
Make sure input power is 10–30 Vdc.
Replace sensor if it is malfunctioning.
Clean fluid line and/or meter; see
Maintenance section.
Service meter; see Maintenance
section.
