To mark points using the marker icon

Preparation
Press [DISPLAY] -, [DISPLAY] to display the on-screen menu icons
and use the joystick [1_] to highlight the marker icon (-, pages 40
and 42).

You are now ready to mark positions.

You can select the next group of 10 when the cur*

• To clear a marker
Use the joystick [<1, I_] to select a marker number and press
[CANCEL].
• To clear the on-screen
icons
Press [RETURN] several times.
• This feature only works if the elapsed playing time of the disc is
shown on the unit's display.
eSome subtitles recorded around the.marker
may fail to appear.
oThis feature doesn't work while using a play list.
oThe markers
are ordered by time. This means that the marker
numbers can change when you add and erase markers.
eYou cannot mark and clear points if you have write-protected
the
disc, either with DISC SETTING
(-_ page 52) or with the write-
protect tab [-,, page 99).
