9.2.2 Cleaning work

For cleaning to be carried out, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled and the preparatory tasks must have been
completed.

• none
To clean the separator, use a damp (but not wet) cotton cloth or disposable tissue and a mild conventional detergent or
soap.
1. Spray a little detergent onto the clean cotton cloth or disposable tissue.
2. Wipe down the entire surface of the component.
3. The final drying is accomplished with a clean cloth or through air drying.

9.3 Visual inspection

During the visual inspection of the separator, all components must be inspected for mechanical damage and corrosion.
Any damaged components must be replaced immediately.
