Action
Choose Epi-illumination or Trans-illumination as preferred.
Note:
For Colorimetric Epi-illumination capture
position the gel so that the lanes of the gel
are parallel to the long side of the tray. This is
important to avoid artefacts in the image.
Note:
For Trans-illumination place a diffuser
board at the bottom of the instrument
with the matte side up, before capturing.
Select Start.
Result: A progress bar appears on the screen indicating the time remaining
of the imaging process.
