The oven must be connected to electric power.
The control screen can be temporarily locked to prevent interruptions or
changes to any of the menu functions.
NOTE:
Locking and unlocking is available on any screen where the
lock icon is shown below is present.
To lock and unlock the control screen, do the following:

To unlock the screen,
The control screen has now been locked and unlocked.
