Antennas

Cellular Antenna

The RTCU LX2 pro device contains an SMA female connector for connecting a suitable LTE-
compliant antenna. When installing the antenna, please ensure that the antenna is not close to metallic
parts or anything else which can influence the antenna's efficiency.
Please consult the installation guide that follows the antenna.

GNSS Antenna

The RTCU LX2 requires a suitable GNSS antenna to be used. The connection is with an SMA female
connector, and the GNSS antenna must be a 3V active antenna with an SMA male connector.
For the best performance it is recommended to use an antenna that supports both the L1 and the L5
bands.
When installing the antenna, please ensure it has a good view of the sky so that it can receive weak
signals from the satellites. Please also consult the installation guide that follows the antenna.

Bluetooth Antenna

The RTCU LX2 device contains an RP-SMA female connector for connecting a suitable Bluetooth
antenna.
When installing the antenna, please make sure that the antenna is not in close proximity to metallic
parts or anything else which can influence the antenna's efficiency. Please consult the installation
guide that follows the antenna.
