Maintenance

■ Before performing maintenance, turn off the power supply, stop the air supply, exhaust the

residual compressed air in the piping, and verify the release of air to atmosphere.

■ Foreign matter caught in the inlet of piping or exhaust may interfere with normal operation.

Periodically conduct cleaning.

■ Do not use solvents such as benzene and thinner to clean the product enclosure including

the switch protective cover. Wipe off dirt from the enclosure with a soft dry cloth.

Refer to the figure for

the tightening torque of screws.
