2-7.5 Jp1: KB/Mouse Power On/Wake Up

Jp1 is designed on board as a jumper to enable/disable the PS/2 key-
board/mouse Power On/Wake Up from system off or suspend mode.
Yet users should still enter BIOS setup to choose the Wake Up/ Power
On mode.
USB keyboard/mouse Wake Up function is not supported in this series.
