Slide the CCD tray over the FALSE
TRACK, then remove the FALSE TRACK
With the CCD tray attached to (enclosed
within the FALSE TRACK.
Seal the FALSE TRACK with the plastic
cover to prevent the CCD tray from
slipping out. (figure 9).
Gently clean the CCD. (fig.10)
After cleaning, remove the cover of the FALSE TRACK carefully.
Carefully align the FALSE TRACK with the metal track and gently push the CCD tray
back over the metal track.
Re-assemble the black stopper of the
CCD tray (fig .5) and fasten the screws.
Reattach the zoom DC motor, and make
sure the cogwheel is meshed with the
teeth of the white plastic rack.
Close the bottom cover and fasten the
screws.
Plug-in the wires.
Place the visualization system back into
place.
Replacing the CCD
Refer to steps for cleaning/replacing the CCD (do not remove the dust cover)
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the four screws holding the CCD PCB
Replace with a new CCD PCB.
Remove the CCD PCB
Reassembling the CCD
Insert the entire CCD assembly back into the optical assembly.
Reassemble the optical assembly (three screws on the rear panel of the optical
assembly).
Snap the internal video cable connector back into place.
Replace the lid on the assembly.
Push the optical assembly back into the front panel. Reassemble (four screws).
Connect the external video cable to the internal video cable, close the SQA-V.
Testing:
Turn the SQA-V on from the main switch on the rear panel. The Power LED indicator
should light up and the operational display should be activated and indicate The SQA-V
is in Standby mode.
Press the Zoom IN/OUT key and verify that the zoom function is working.
