Disassembling the Dispense Valves
WARNING
To reduce the risk of electric shock, splashing fluid in
the eyes or on the skin, or other serious injury, AL-
WAYS follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on
page 2 and disconnect all power to the PrecisionMix
before servicing.
To remove the complete valve assembly from the
mixing block:
Refer to Fig. 8.
1. Disconnect the incoming fluid line from the volume
counter.
2. Disconnect the two air line connections.
3. Loosen the two cap screws (A) until the valve is free
from the mixing block.
4. Carefully lift off the valve assembly. The valve seat
and bottom o-ring may fall away.

SERVICE

To remove just the top (air) section of the valve:
Refer to Fig. 8.
1. Disconnect the two air line connectors.
2. Unscrew the adjusting screw far enough for the valve

When reassembling, be sure the two air connection
ports will be facing the outside of the machine.
