Daily Maintenance
Flush the mixing system (see page 11) at the end of
your production.
Clean the spray gun.
Check the fluid level in both paint supply tanks, and
refill as necessary.
Check the fluid level in the solvent supply tank, and
refill as necessary.
Weekly Maintenance
Disconnect the integrator and spray mixing tube as-
sembly. Clean and inspect it, and ensure that the
small distributor holes in the baffle are all open.
Be sure the packing retainers are snug on the dis-
pense valves and the air and solvent flush valves.
Disassemble the fluid filters at the inlet of the volume
counters. Clean and inspect the filter elements (the
MAINTENANCE
elements can be replaced when dirty, or can be
cleaned and re-used).
Adjust packing nuts on dispense valves and flush
valves.
Shut off the air supply and depressurize the filter.
Wash all parts of the filter (including the element) with
household soap and water, and blow out the filter
body. Replace the element when there is a visible
coating of dirt or condensate on the surface (or if
there has been excessive pressure drop).
Preventive Maintenance
At least once a year, take apart the mix manifold
(mixing block, dispense valves, flush valves, and ra-
tio check valves). Clean and inspect them, and re-
place all o-rings and v-packings (repair kits are avail-
able from Graco).
Once a year, disassemble and clean the volume
counters.
