cleaning or servicing.
To reduce the risk of serious bodily injury, including splashing fluid or solvent in the eyes or on the skin,
always follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on page 2 when checking, adjusting, cleaning, or re-
pairing any part of the system.

FAULT
Volume of resin +
volume of catalyst is
> 50 cc.
Volume measured is
> 2 x tolerance value
while system is in
START mode.
Electrical failure of one
volume counter sensor.
Measured volume is
< set volume for a
fixed time period.
The timer is triggered
by sensing atomizing
air flow to the spray
gun.
Measured volume is
> set volume +
tolerance.
CAUSE
Setpoint of resin +
setpoint of catalyst is
> 200 counts.
Fluid valve did not close
fully.
Fluid leakage between
the volume counter and
the valve seat.
Solenoid failed to shift.
Improper tolerance
setting.
Excessive pressure
pulses from feed supply.
Improper assembly.
Faulty component.
Wire failure.
Plugged fluid line.
Air usage or leakage
without fluid flow.
Improper timer setting.
NOTE: A timer setting of
00 sec will delete the
timer.
Fluid valve did not close
fully.
Fluid leakage between
the volume counter and
the valve seat.
Excessive flow rate;
fluid valve cannot close
fast enough.
Solenoid failed to shift.
