Installation
To help prevent fire and explosion, do not install this
equipment in explosive atmospheres or hazardous
(classified) locations.
Set Up
Locate Electric Enclosure
Position the enclosure for convenient operator access
and maintenance, safe routing of cables, and easy
connections.
Locate the Heat Cable Splice Box
Position the heat cable splice box in close proximity to
fluid hose connections where the power cable of the
heat hose bundle can easily be routed.

Connect Electrical Service
All electrical wiring must be done by a qualified
electrician and comply with all local codes and
regulations.
1. Turn the main power switch (B) OFF.
2. Open the electrical enclosure door.
3. Route the power cord through the strain relief (H).
4. Attach the ground wire securely to the junction box
ground terminal (G).
5. Connect the power cord to main power switch (B).
6. Tighten strain relief (H).
7. Close the electrical enclosure door.
8. Route the cable harness (N) to the heat cable splice
box (R).
9. Route cable harness (N) through strain relief (V).
10. Attach the ground wire to the heated hose splice
box ground terminal (T).
11. Insert wire leads into splice connector (P).
12. Tighten the strain relief (V).

installation and controller operation instructions.
