CONTROL BOX (Fig. 7)
Control Panel Cover Lock
This lock secures the control panel cover, to prevent tam-
pering by unauthorized persons.
Air Pushbutton
This button initiates air flush of the system (for as long as
it is pressed). When it is pressed, the air flush valve on
the back of the mixing block opens, allowing air to flow
from the compressed air supply through the left-hand
(base) side of the mixing block and the outer tube of the
integrator. It operates only when the ON/OFF switch is
OFF.
Solvent Pushbutton
This button initiates solvent flush of the system (for as
long as it is pressed). When it is pressed, the solvent
flush valve on the back of the mixing block opens, allow-
ing solvent to flow from the solvent supply tank through
the right-hand side of the mixing block and the inner tube
of the integrator. It operates only when the ON/OFF
switch is OFF.

Dispense Valve Knobs
These knobs adjust the corresponding (A or B) dispense
valve opening, to limit the maximum fluid flow rate into the
mixing block.
Their setting is of minimal importance when the spray
gun controls the process (except that they must be open
enough to allow adequate fluid flow).
Flush Valve Knobs
These knobs adjust the corresponding (air or solvent)
flush valve opening, to limit the flow rate into the mixing
block.
Fluid Shut-Off Knobs
These knobs allow you to shut off the outgoing fluid from
the volume counters to the integrator and spray device,
during a ratio check.
Ratio Check Valve Knobs
These knobs allow you to measure the amount of A and B
component flowing to the mixing block, to check the vol-
ume ratio. They should not be opened unless the fluid
shut-off knobs are closed.
Fluid Pressure Regulator (Optional)
This regulator controls the pressure of the mixed fluid
leaving the PrecisionMix for the spray gun.
