CHAPTER 7– SERVICE AND REPAIR
FCM Power Supply Replacement
Removal:
Disconnect the external keypad barrier cable by pressing the tab to release.
1. Disconnect Mains AC Power.
2. Remove the Mains AC Input wires from the FCM Power Supply noting the polarity of Line
and Neutral wires.
3. Remove the 24 VDC Output wires from the FCM Power Supply noting the polarity of the
Positive and Common wires.
4. Remove the two mounting screws from the FCM Power Supply and remove the supply.
Installation:
1. Install the FCM Power Supply and secure with the two mounting screws.
2. Attach the 24 VDC Output wires to the FCM Power Supply noting the polarity of the
Positive and Common wires.
3. Attach the Mains AC Input wires to the FCM Power Supply noting the polarity of Line and
Neutral wires.
4. Reconnect Mains AC Power.
