Deleting Originals from a Subaddress Box

Use the procedure below to delete an original that you have forwarded to a Subaddress Box.

Printing a Subaddress Box List

You can print the Subaddress Box list in which the list of Box No.'s and Box names of the registered Subaddress
Boxes are described. When there are originals in the Subaddress Boxes, the number of pages is displayed.
NOTE
The list can be printed when user login administration has been enabled and the machine is logged in with
administrator privileges.

Select [Subaddress Box] on the Home screen.
Deleting
1 Select the box containing the document you want to delete.
2 Select the document you want to delete > [Delete] > [Delete]
The original is deleted.
Display the screen.
[Home] key > [...] > [System Menu] > [Notification/Report] > "Print Report/List" [Print
Report/List]
Print
[Subaddress Box List] > [Print]
The list is printed.
