Product versions

Every deflection unit in the SUPERSCAN IV series is configured for the parameters defined when
ordering and can only be used within these parameters. The parameters are specified in the type code
on the rating plate. Further information on the specifications on the rating plate can be found on the
Internet at:

Examples of use

The following graphic shows two typical laser systems realised using RAYLASE modules (red outline)
and customer-specific modules (dotted lines).
