Installing the control cabinet

Transportation, As-delivered Condition, Storage, Installation
When a complete macerating system on a base frame is
delivered, and in the case of mobile macerating systems, the
STE-RS control unit is usually supplied readily mounted on the
mounting frame and ready for operation.
A second person is required for installing a control unit, which is
supplied separately.
The control unit is wrapped in packaging material to protect it from
dirt and scratching.

Completely remove all the packaging material before
commissioning.
Four fixing bores are located on the rear panel of the control
cabinet.

Take any necessary precautions to ensure that the sensitive
electronic components are not damaged during installation.

Install the control unit with four suitable screws and washers
on a straight, dry wall using suitable dowels or a suitable
holding frame. For installation on a holding frame, use force-
locked screw-locking devices, especially with mobile systems.

Align the control cabinet carefully using a spirit level.
Compensate for uneven walls with washers, if necessary, so
that the control cabinet is not tilted forward or backward
mounted.
