The air temperature is displayed from –
9 °C (16 °F) to 50 °C (122 °F) in 1 °C (1
°F) increments. The temperature dis-
played may vary from the actual ambi-
ent temperature.

Coolant temperature (COOLANT)
The coolant temperature is displayed
from –30 °C (–22 °F) to 125 °C (257 °F)
in 1 °C (1 °F) increments.
TIP

"---" will be displayed if the de-
tected temperature is lower than –
9 °C (16 °F).
"---" will be displayed if the de-
tected temperature is higher than
50 °C (122 °F).
If the vehicle coolant temperature
is below –30 °C (–22 °F) the cool-
ant temperature display will read
"–30".
If the vehicle coolant temperature
exceeds 125 °C (257 °F) the cool-
ant temperature display will con-
tinue flashing to read "Hi".
The coolant temperature warning
light will come on if the coolant
temperature exceeds 125 °C (257
°F).
