To scan additional images, click the scan window to activate it. If you have closed the scan window, you
can open it again by selecting Open TWAIN Source from the File menu (Windows) or selecting
the scanner from the devices listed in the Tools sub-menu under the Nikon Scan menu. If you are
using Nikon Scan as a TWAIN source or acquire plug-in for a third-par ty application such as Adobe
Photoshop, you can re-open the scan window by selecting Nikon Scan from the application's list of
impor t or acquire sources. Once the scan window has been re-opened, a new crop can be scanned as
outlined in steps 12-5 through 12-14, or the holder can be ejected and new film inserted and pre-
viewed. To eject the holder, press the eject button on the front of the scanner, or click the eject button
in the scan window.
Important
The holder will automatically be ejected if you tur n the scanner off and then on again.
Caution
Do not, under any circumstances, touch the holder as it is being ejected from the scanner. Wait for the holder
to be fully ejected and the remove the holder from the scanner.
The holder will not be ejected if the eject button in the scan window is clicked when the sliding cover on the
front of the scanner is not fully open. Open the slot cover fully before clicking the eject button.
