CAUSE
The mower is overloaded.
The mower deck is clogged
with grass and debris.
The mower is overheated.
The battery pack(s) in
the mower's battery
compartment is overheated,
resulting in combined Ah
rating of all inserted batteries
to not meet the requirement.
The mower is in Limp-Home
mode.
The mower is hit a foreign
object, resulting in motor
self-protection.
The mower is in Limp-Home
mode and the blades are not
turned off.
The mower stops driving
on a slope and the operator
opens the steering levers and
is off the seat without setting
the parking brake pedal at
the braking position.
SOLUTION
Raise the deck cutting height or slow down the
driving speed to reduce the load of the mower.
Clean the mower deck and make certain that the
blades have freedom of movement.
Reduce the load of the mower, by raising the deck
cutting height or slowing down the blade/driving
speed and allow the mower to cool.
1. If the combined battery Ah rating does not meet the
requirement, the mower will not work until more
battery packs are inserted into the vacant battery
components. Once the overheated battery returns
to normal temperature, it will join in powering the
mower immediately.
2. Reduce the load of the mower by raising the deck
cutting height or slowing down the mowing when
resuming operation.
When the mower is in Limp-Home mode, the blades
are automatically switched into low rotation speed
without grass cutting. The operator should stop
working and go to the battery charging area as soon
as possible.
Push the PTO switch downward and restart the
mower blades.
Push the PTO switch down to disengage the deck
blades. The beeping indicator will stop sounding
when the blade stops.
Set the parking brake pedal in the braking position
before leaving the mower on the slope.
