CAUSE
The cutting blades are loose.
The blades are bent.
The mower deck is not
leveled.

The driving speed is high.

SOLUTION
Tighten the blade bolt to the recommended torque.
Replace the bent cutting blade following the
instructions in section "REPLACING THE CUTTING
BLADES".
Level the mower deck following the instructions in
section "LEVELING THE MOWER DECK".
Tighten the nuts on the suspension linkage.
Raise the deck cutting height.
Begin with a high cutting height and reduce it until
the desired mowing result is attained. Grass over 6
inches tall should be mowed twice, at successively
lower cutting heights.
Do not mow when the grass is wet until the grass
dries.
Slow down the driving speed.
Increase the blade speed gradually.
Raise the deck cutting height and slow down the
blade speed to reduce the cutting load.
Check and adjust the air pressure in both rear wheel
tires, according to the recommendation in section
"CHECKING THE TIRE PRESSURE" in this manual.
Calibrate the mower tracking system following the
instructions in section "CALIBRATING THE MOWER
TRACKING SYSTEM".
Open the parking brake pedal box to thoroughly
clean the box inside and close it. Reset the parking
brake pedal to see whether the problem is solved. If
not, contact a qualified service technician for repair.
Reconnect the charger plug to see whether the
mower can be charged normally.
No action is needed. Wait until the power recovers.
Contact a qualified service technician for inspection
and have charger repaired if needed.
