blade not turning

Mr. Anderson
May 14, 2025
The blade on the EGO LM2120E-SP may not be turning due to the following reasons:
- The side rails are not fully extended and the clamps are not locked. Fully extend the handle and lock both clamps. - The handle is not set to one of the three operating positions. Adjust the handle properly. - The mower deck is clogged with grass or debris. Clean the deck and ensure the blade can move freely. - The battery pack is depleted. Charge the battery. - The mower is in overload condition. Raise the cutting height or slow down. - The blade is dull, bent, or incorrectly assembled. Sharpen, replace, or correctly reassemble the blade.
