    Adjusting the cutting-deck height (Fig. 10) NOTE: EGO electric zero turn mower’s deck is set in the highest cutting height when it is shipped. Before using the mower, the operator should adjust the deck height to the cutting position best suited for the lawn.

  • Page 38 Power-Unit Cover we recommend use of EGO batteries that total 30Ah or more. When not in use, EGO 56V battery packs should be stored in an enclosed area where the temperature will not drop below -4°F (-20°C). Optimal charging temperatures are between 41°F (5°C) and 104°F (40°C).
  • Page 39 Charging the batteries separately Remove the batteries from the mower and charge the batteries separately with EGO standard charger or rapid chargers. Please follow the instructions in the Operator’s Manual for the EGO standard charger or rapid chargers. NOTE: There are individual manuals for EGO batteries and chargers. Save the instructions - The manuals contain important safety and operating instructions for the battery and charger.
  • Page 40 NOTE: ◾ EGO Lithium-ion batteries do not develop a memory and need not be fully discharged before recharging. ◾ Every six months of long-term storage, fully charge the Lithium-Ion battery pack for longest possible battery life. ◾ When charging, be sure that the charger cooling fan inlet and outlet are not blocked.
