HANDLING AND INSTALLATION
WARNING: Before commissioning
the appliance, the system must be tested to
assess the operating conditions of every sin-
gle component and detect any anomalies.
At this stage, it is important to check that all
health and safety requirements are strictly
adhered to.
The following checks should be carried out to
test the system:
Open the gas supply tap and check the con-

nections for any leakage;
Check that the mains gas is the same as that

used for commissioning the appliance, and
change it if necessary (see page 12).

TESTING THE APPLIANCE

Check the proper switch on and combustion

Check that the safety thermocouple is work-

ing correctly.
Check for gas leaks.

Check that the nameplates specify the correct

gas for the country of use.
If necessary, after testing, train the user by pro-
viding all skills required to safely commission
the appliance, in accordance with applicable
legal requirements.
