9.2 - Preparing the front cover profile

The front cover profile is equipped with a coupling that is used to
keep the position open at 110° to allow maintenance.
To insert the locking screws, it is necessary to drill a series of
holes at the appropriate notches and according to the following
indications.
To prepare the cover, proceed as follows:
Holes for screws for fixing to the cover FIG. 1:
Drill two Ø5.5 holes on both ends of the panel 28 mm away from
the edge.
Application of an anti-vibration seal (A) and of the brush (B)

9.3 - Front cover profile locking

The panel is locked at the ends of the beam. The metal clip
anchored to the side cover should be located at the hole in the
panel; if the clip is not aligned with the hole in the beam, move it

Insert the brush "B" in the dedicated seat, sliding it to the end of
the cover.
The anti-vibration seal (A) must be positioned at the ends and
centre of the cover profile, in pieces approximately 40cm long
(Fig.3). Align the seal to the profile as in Fig.2.

until the correct alignment is found. Insert the M5x10 TB screw and
tighten until it locks completely.
