where it can be edited and then sent back to the handset (
Or you can transfer Outlook contacts from the PC to the handset's directory.
Order of directory entries
The directory entries are usually sorted in alphabetical order. Spaces and digits
take first priority. The sort order is as follows:
Space

Digits (0–9)

Letters (alphabetical)
§§3§§
Other characters
§§4§§
To work round the alphabetical order of the entries, insert a space or a digit in
front of the name. These entries will then move to the beginning of the direc-
tory. Names that you have prefixed with an asterisk will move to the end of the
directory.
Selecting a directory entry

Open the directory.
You have the following options:
Use s to scroll through the entries until the required name is selected.
u
Enter the first character of the name and scroll to the entry using s if
u
required.
Dialing with the directory

s (Select entry).

Briefly press/press and hold the Talk key. The number is dialed using
the selected connection type (
