If the HEX switches are set to 00h when switching on,
the controller sets the default values of parameters.
Moreover it can be observed the following sequence:
- The green LED0 „Power" flashes 10s with the cycle
500ms
- The yellow LED1 „State" flashes 4 times
- Both LEDs flash with the cycle 100ms

Blinken
Bedeutung
Sind die HEX-Schalter beim Einschalten auf 00h gesetzt,
setzt der Regler die Werte der Parameter zurück. Dabei
kann man die folgende Sequenz beobachten:
- Die grüne LED0 „Power" blinkt 10s im 500ms Takt
- Die gelbe LED1 „State" blinkt 4 mal
- Beide LEDs blinken im 100ms Takt
