When enabled is checked, this will limit up and download speeds specified by the page that will
launch when the configure button is pressed as shown below:
Enter in the throughput limiting values for upload and download then hit the Apply Setting button.
This feature could be useful when configuring clients connecting to a single multipoint AP or in a
repeating system thus keeping within the maximum throughput of any one hop or multipoint AP.
