Check oil line seals

Once the burner has been installed and commissioned, the seals of the various
coupling elements should be checked.
When a leak is detected, it is usually suffi cient to tighten the coupling element
that is leaking.

Use caution when operating the burner, surfaces may be hot.
!
When servicing oil bearing components, check for oil leakage
when the burner is commissioned after servicing.
Replacement of pump fi lter

Close the oil supply to the burner
Loosen the pump cover's screws.

Remove the fi lter and gasket
3.

Mount new gasket and fi lter
5.
Refi t the cover
6.
Open the oil supply
7.
Start the burner and check seals and combustion
When servicing/replacing components that aff ect combustion,
!
fl ue gas analysis and soot test must be carried out following
installation.
