LCD ADJUST

- The LCD ADJUST function works in CAMERA and PLAYER mode.
Please see page 27.
DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer)
- The DIS function works in CAMERA mode only.
- DIS(Digital Image Stabilizer) is a handshake compensation function
that compensates for any shaking or moving of the hand holding the
camcorder (within resonable limits).
- It provides more stable pictures when:
Recording in the Zoom in mode
Recording a small object close-up
Recording and walking at the same time
Recording through the window of a vehicle
1. Set the camcorder to CAMERA mode.
2. Press the MENU ON/OFF button.
- The menu list will appear.
3. Using the , buttons, highlight DIS.
4. To activate the DIS function, press the ENTER button.
- The DIS menu is changed to ON.
- If you do not want to use the DIS function,
set the DIS menu to OFF.
5. To exit, press the MENU ON/OFF button.
Reference - It is recommended that you deactivate the handshake
compensation function when using a tripod.
- The DIS function will not operate in the PHOTO or
GHOST(in DSE) mode.
- If you use the DIS function, the picture quality may
deteriorate.
- If you see the flickering image when you use the
DIS function under the indoor fluorescent light in
NTSC area, you can get a stable image as changing
the SHUTTER SPEED from AUTO to 1/100.

- La función LCD ADJUST funciona en modo CAMERA y PLAYER.

DIS

- La función DIS sólo funciona en modo CAMERA.
- DIS (Digital image stabilizer – Estabilizador de imágenes digitales) es
una función que sirve para compensar el temblor o movimiento de la
mano al sostener la videocámara (dentro de unos límites razonables).
- Proporciona unas imágenes más estables cuando:
Se graba con el zoom
Se graba un objeto pequeño a corta distancia
Se graba y se camina a la vez
Se graba a través de la ventana de un vehículo
1. Seleccione el modo CAMERA de la videocámara.

2. Pulse el botón MENU ON/OFF.
LCD ADJUST
- Aparecerá la lista de menús.
DIS.........ON
DIGITAL ZOOM
3. Utilizando los botones
ZERO MEM...OFF
PROGRAM AE
4. Para activar la función DIS, pulse el botón ENTER.
DSE SELECT
- El menú DIS cambia a ON.
EXIT:MENU
- Si no desea utilizar la función DIS, seleccione OFF
para el menú DIS.
5. Para salir, pulse el botón MENU ON/OFF.
Referencia - Se recomienda desactivar la función de compensación
de movimiento cuando se utiliza un trípode.
- La función DIS no funcionará en modo PHOTO ni
GHOST (en DSE).
- Si utiliza la función DIS, puede deteriorarse la
calidad de las imágenes.
- Si usted observa temblor de la imagen utilizando la
función DIS bajo luz fluorescente interior en el área
NTSC, puede obtener una imagen estable cambiando
la velocidad de obturación (SHUTTER SPEED) de
AUTO a 1/100. (ver página 39)
