The robotic vacuum cleaner is
offline (not connected to the Wi-
Fi router).
The vacuuming is very loud.
There is a squeaking noise
during vacuuming.
Poor cleaning quality.
The robotic vacuum cleaner does
not start scheduled cleaning.
Problem

Make sure your Wi-Fi network is properly set up and fully
functional. The robotic vacuum cleaner should always be
within range of a high-quality and strong Wi-Fi signal from
your Wi-Fi router.
Clean the main center brush, side brushes, wheels, the
underside of the robot vacuum and the front bumper.
Remove the front travel wheel and clean the center axis of hair
and dust. If necessary, you can lubricate the axis of the wheel.
Empty the dust tank. Clean or replace the HEPA filter and clean
the main cleaning brush.
1. If the robotic vacuum cleaner's battery is low, cleaning will
not start. Please charge the battery to full capacity.
2. The scheduled cleaning will not be properly synchronized
between the robot vacuum cleaner and your mobile phone if
the robot vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the Wi- Fi
network. Therefore, keep the robotic vacuum cleaner always
within reach of a high-quality and strong Wi-Fi signal from your
Wi-Fi router.
Cause
The vacuum cleaner is not properly
parked in the charging base.
The charging base is not
connected to the mains and the
vacuum cleaner is switched on
with the main switch.
The vacuum cleaner got stuck in a
small space, wound loose objects
such as curtains, carpet, etc. on
the cleaning brushes.
If the battery is low, the vacuum
cleaner will automatically switch
to return mode and return to the
charging base.
The operating time varies
depending on the floor surface, the
complexity of the room and the
selected cleaning mode.
The vacuum cleaner is switched
off or the battery is dead.
You have not saved the scheduled
cleaning in the vacuum cleaner's
memory.
Solution
Make sure the charging contacts
are properly connected when
parked in the charging base
The charging base should still be
connected to the mains, do not
switch it off. The vacuum cleaner
is then always ready for further
cleaning with a fully charged
battery.
The vacuum cleaner
automatically tries to free itself,
if it is unable to do so, please
clear the obstacle yourself.
Normal state, let the vacuum
cleaner charge to full battery
capacity and start cleaning
again.
Normal condition, no need to
deal with it.
Turn on the vacuum cleaner and
charge the battery.
Re-enter the time and day into
the vacuum cleaner's memory on
and make sure that the vacuum
cleaner is really fully charged.
