Combustion head adjustment

The air damper servomotor 4)(Fig. 4 on page 12), beyond vary-
ing the air output according to the output demand, through a lev-
erage varies the combustion head adjustment.
In the factory, the hole is adjusted for the minimum stroke (hole
1).
Varying the tie-rod position on the holes 2) and 3)
(Fig. 15) could cause instability during operation.
WARNING
Pay attention to moving parts.
Danger of crushing of limbs!
If it is necessary to move the hinge to the right, the spacers
4)(Fig. 16) supplied with the burner must be mounted.
For the assembly proceed as follows:
 after you have unscrewed the nuts 2), remove the tie-rod 3),
 Tighten the spacers 4) to spacer 1) and screw 5) respec-
tively;
 mount the tie-rod and the nuts 2) again.
For RS 300-400-500/EV BLU only
In order to work correctly in flame inversion boil-
ers, the gas tubes must be adjusted in the hole in
