■Installation

○Mounting
∗: The required tightening torque of the piping port is 1 N•m for M5 (This is equivalent to approximately 1/6 extra tightening after
manual tightening) and 7 to 9 N•m for R1/8 and NPT1/8.
•Mount with the set screws M3 size (2 pcs.) supplied for direct installation.
The required tightening torque of the mounting screws is 0.5 to 0.7 N•m.
○Mounting with panel mount adapter
