Advantech will retain custody of a product submitted for repair for one month while waiting for
the return of a signed P/I or payment (A/R). If the customer fails to respond within this period,
Advantech will close the case automatically. Advantech will take reasonable measures to contact

The forwarding company for RMA returns from Advantech to customers is selected by Advantech.
Other express services, such as UPS or FedEx, can be used upon request. However, the customer
must bear the extra costs of alternative shipment methods. If you require any special
arrangements, please specify this when shipping the product to us.
