    For products that are not DOA, the return fee to an authorized Advantech repair facility will be at the customer’s expense. The shipping fee for reconstructed products from Advantech back to the customer will be at Advantech’s expense.

If a product has been repaired by Advantech, and within three months after such a repair the product requires another repair for the same problem, Advantech will con- duct the repair free of charge.

If the customer fails to respond within this period, Advantech will close the case automatically.
