C. IDENTIFYING THE PARTS
This illustration shows the printer and all of the buttons and
the LED indicator light found on the printer.
CD Tray
Ribbon Cartridge
Eject Button
The
CD Tray Button
and ejecting CDs. This button also is pressed and held while
power is applied in order to perform a self-test. Also, the
printer can be reset while unit's power is on by pressing and
holding this button.
The Ribbon Cartridge Eject Button is pressed to remove the
ribbon cartridge
The
LED Status Light
solid when the printer is busy processing data, blinks slowly
when it is requesting a new CD, and blinks fast to indicate an
error. For complete information on conditions that would
cause the light to blink in various patterns, please see Section 4.
