Notification service
A guest wishes to be informed about events taking place in his absence.
You can activate the notification service for each guest (provided the guest telephone
supports the notification service function (MWI)).
When the following events take place in his absence, the guest is informed about
them via the notification LED on his telephone:
• New messages in the voicemail box
• Message
• Callback expected from a specific number
• Activated alarm
• Text message

Wake-up call is deleted.
Note:
An overview of set wake-up calls is also available via Menu: Menu > Reception >
Wake-up call > Change/Delete.
Hide "Wake-up call has expired":
Press the
Ok
Foxkey.
Wake-up call is expired.
Delete "Wake-up call has expired":
Press the
Delete
Foxkey.
Wake-up call is now deactivated.
If you delete the display for a daily wake-up call, the wake-up call is auto-
matically reset.
Activate notification LED:
Press function key on Aastra M535 for Notification mode.
Room key LED indicates the notification status:
activated, OFF: deactivated.
Press the room key you want on Aastra M535.
A notification report appears.
Confirm the notification LED with the
Notification LED activated.
Note:
Notification service is also available via the menu: Menu > Reception > Room
configuration > Enter room number > Notification.
and confirm with the
