Caution!

To edit a subscriber's account information:
On the search results page
1
whose account you want to edit.
The ReadiVoice system displays the subscriber's account information on
the Edit Subscriber page
Subscriber page.
To change the subscriber's account status, scroll down to the Account
2
Information section and select a different status from the Account Status
list. The status options are:
— Active — The account is active, and the subscriber can use it to hold
conferences.
— Inactive — The account is temporarily disabled, and the subscriber
can't use it to hold conferences. But, the subscriber's access code isn't
released, the account can be reactivated, and database searches can
still find the subscriber.
— Deleted Subscriber — The account is flagged as deleted in the
database, the subscriber's access code is released for use by others, and
the subscriber is removed from your conferencing system. Database
searches can no longer find the subscriber. This action is considered
permanent, but the subscriber data remains in the database for
reporting and billing purposes.

subscriber. For information about the fields and settings, see Tables
through

on pages 20–31.
If your system uses fixed translation numbers for routing, then each subscriber's
external ID must be unique and must have the correct number of digits. Don't
modify the Subscriber External ID field without explicit instructions from your
system administrator. See
for more information.
