Call flow and voice prompt fields and settings (continued)
Description
If this field is available, you can enter a password that will identify the
participants.
If you enter a participant password, you're specifying a two-password
call flow for the subscriber's conferences. Don't enter an access code
for the same subscriber.
The participant password field is:
Required if the subscriber's access number is shared and there is
no access code.
Optional if the subscriber's access number is private.
Ask your system administrator when and how to assign a participant
password and what lengths are valid.
Indicates whether the call flow includes a prompt for the subscriber to
enter his or her subscriber password.
On — Callers hear "If you are the subscriber, press star" (this is the
default prompt set's wording). Use this setting unless the subscriber
has a two-password call flow.
Off — Callers hear "At any time during this message, please enter
your passcode followed by the pound key," but only if the account has
a two-password call flow. Use this setting only if you specified both
subscriber and participant passwords.
If this is set to Off for a subscriber account with a traditional (one
password) call flow, the subscriber can't identify him or herself when
dialing in and must use the Moderator to start conferences.
Specifies whether the subscriber can access the account options
menu:
On — After entering the subscriber password, the subscriber is given
the opportunity to change the account options. The account options
menu enables the subscriber to make changes that affect all future
conferences (including the one that the subscriber is in the process of
starting).
Off — The subscriber can't access the account options menu (but can
still modify account options through the Moderator).
Specifies the setting for the conference security code prompt:
No Prompt — The conference security code feature isn't available.
Optional Prompt — The subscriber has the option of setting up a
conference security code, which participants must know in order to
join the conference.
Mandatory Prompt — The subscriber is required to set up a
conference security code.
Specifies the voice message prompt set for this subscriber's
conferences. By default, this is the prompt set specified for the
subscriber group. Unless instructed otherwise, don't change it.
