Description
A drop-down list of providers, if your company supports multiple
application service providers (ASPs).
Optional field for additional subscriber information, such as a key to
another database. Ask your system administrator if your company
uses this field.
Second optional field for additional subscriber information.
The Billing Information section is the second section of the New Subscriber
page (see Figure 2-7).

If the subscriber group to which you're adding the new subscriber is a
corporate group, then this section inherits all the billing information entered
for the corporate group, and you probably shouldn't modify it. Check with
your system administrator.
Table 2-2 describes the fields and settings of the Billing Information section.
The ReadiVoice system doesn't use the data in this section. They're for your
company to use as it wishes, and the descriptions here are just general
guidelines. Ask your system administrator how your company wants billing
information entered.

Description
Select Credit Card or Telephone Number to choose the billing
method for this subscriber's conferences.
For Credit Card, select the credit card type from the list.
For Credit Card, enter the 16-digit card number.
