Searching for a Subscriber

ACM Options
Application Control Mode (ACM) is an optional ReadiVoice feature that
enables an external application to interact with callers or conference
participants. The options or settings that appear in this section, if any, depend
on whether ACM is installed in your system and if it is, what external
applications are available. Ask your system administrator for guidance if any
options appear here.
When existing customers want to make changes to or get information about
their accounts, you must find and retrieve their records.
To search the database for an existing subscriber:
On the Subscriber Provisioning page, click Subscriber Search.

The Subscriber Search page appears
search criteria fields. Below are brief instructions for using wildcards.
If you're logged in as a group provisioner, you can search only the
subscriber group associated with your login, even if you select All Groups
or a different group from the Group Name list.
To retrieve a list of all subscribers in a subscriber group (or in all
2
subscriber groups), select the group from the Group Name list (or select
All Groups) and leave the other search criteria fields blank.
Depending on the size of your subscriber database, retrieving all
subscribers may take a long time and produce a very long list. Results are
in subscriber ID order, making it difficult to locate a specific subscriber.
It's best to narrow your search as much as possible by entering as much
information as you can.
To narrow your search, enter something into one or more of the search
3
criteria fields. Use wildcards, as described in the instructions on the page,
for partial information.
In the Records Per Page field, select how many subscribers you want per
4
page. If your search returns more than this number, the ReadiVoice
system creates multiple pages.
Click the Search button.

The ReadiVoice system searches the database for matching records. If it
finds none, a message tells you so. Otherwise, it lists them, up to the
number per page you specified, in a table
creates additional pages; click the page numbers below the count of
matching records to browse among the pages.
