The Subscriber Information area is at the top of the New Subscriber page (see
Figure 2-6). Table 2-1 describes the fields it may contain.

Description
Enter the first name of the subscriber (the person who owns and is
responsible for this account).
Enter the middle name of the subscriber. Optional.
Enter the last name of the subscriber.
Enter the subscriber's title, such as Mr., Ms., or Dr. Optional.
Enter the subscriber's company name.
Enter the company's (or subscriber's) address, including street, city,
state, and ZIP code.
Enter the subscriber's telephone number. Use numbers only, with no
dashes or other punctuation.
An alternative ID sometimes used to link the record to another
database, for "leg-based" billing, to store translation numbers (routing
solutions) in a routed system, or to identify the subscriber to a
conference recording service. Ask your system administrator if your
system uses this field. If not, leave it blank.
If your system uses fixed translation numbers (stored in this field) for
routing, then each subscriber's external ID must be unique and must
have the correct number of digits. Your system administrator should
tell you what to do with this field. See

A second alternative ID. Ask your system administrator if your system
uses this field. If not, leave it blank.
