Troubleshooting Tips for Windows 95

This section describes what to do if your computer detects
hardware conflicts after you restart it, or if it detects the
Md5/PCI board as a Number Nine Imagine 128 board.

Hardware conflicts after restarting

If a hardware conflict occurs when you restart your com-
puter for the first time after installing the Md5/PCI board,
click Cancel or No for all dialog box questions asked.
You must also remove all Display Adapter entries in the
Device Manager.
To resolve hardware conflicts after restarting
1. Select Start –> Settings –> Control Panel –> System
icon –> Device Manager tab.
The Device Manager tab appears.
2. Double-click the Display Adapters icon.
The Display Adapter entries appear.
3. Click all Display Adapter entries with an exclamation
point (!) and then click Remove.
4. Restart your computer.
