You can either logout of the system completely, or temporarily (Not Ready state):
MakeSetBusy
or
Not Ready

When "Enter Agent ID" appears on the
screen, use the keypad to enter your ID.

Choose one of the following:
a.
If your queue requires a Supervisor
ID, press the

If your queue does not require a
Supervisor ID, press the
